For Pre-Primary or KG
For Pre-Primary, the child should be between four (4) and six (6) years old on 31 March 2020
For Class I
For Class I, the child should be between five (5) and seven (7) years old on 31 March 2020

How to Apply or Register for UP RTE Admission 2020

Offline Procedure to Apply for RTE UP
You just have to download the application form which link is shared above and take its print fill the form accordingly and attached all the necessary documents with this form and submit it to nearest Basic Shiksha Office of your district, that’s it.

Online Procedure to Apply for UP RTE 2020
To make the process easy and transparent the govt. made the process online all those who are living in Urban area can apply via the online method through the official website for this you just have to follow these simple steps:
Step 1: First of all have to access the official website of RTE UP you can get the link from here as well: http://rte25.upsdc.gov.in
Step 2: Here on home page you can see the following option “Online Application/ Student Login” link.
Step 3: Login page will appear on screen and here on right side corner you can see an link “New Student Registration” click on this link as shown in given example image.
Step 4: Now the student registration page will open here you have to fill following details
- Full Name of the Students
- Mobile Number
- Date of Birth
Once you fill these details just hit the “Register” button.
Step 5: Now you will get the registration number on the screen with the details which you have entered in the form and now you have to click on “Complete the Form” button.
Step 6: Now you have to fill guardian details such as Father & Mother Name, Address, Ward and upload the required documents and click on “Click here to upload all images”.
Step 7: Now the form will appear on screen with image of the students and on the same page you can get the list of schools so choose the school on your priority basis and click on “save” button.
Step 8: Finally you have to click on “Lock and Final Print” button and take the final print of your application form for further purpose.
Step 9: To check the status whether your form submitted successfully or not just press the “Back” button, it will show you that your form is submitted successfully and next is wait for the result.
UP RTE Lottery Result – How to Check Online?
After filling the form successfully all the parents eagerly wait for the UP RTE Lottery Result 2020 and here I am sharing the procedure how you can check the Uttar Pradesh RTE Lottery Result Online.
Step 1: Once again the official website of UP RTE you know the link very well.
Step 2: On the home page click on “Lottery Result” button as shown in below attached image.
Step 3: On the next page you have to choose your district and next to it choose Lottery from the drop down menu given on the box.
Step 4: Now a list will appear on the screen where you can check your name in the list either your child is selected or not.

List of Documents Required for UP RTE Registration 2020
Before you do start the registration process make sure you have following documents at the time of registration for UP RTE 2020. Submit any one of the following documents as proof:
*Proof of Date of Birth:–
- Birth certificate under the Birth. Death and Marriage Certificate Act. 1969.
- Hospital/Auxiliary urse and Midwife.(ANM) register record.
- Anganwadi Record.
- Declaration of age of the child by the parents or guardian.
Proof of Present Residential Address:-
- Ration card in the name of Parents having name of the Child in Ration card.
- Domicile certificate of child or his/her parents.. .
- Voter I card of any of the parents.
- Electricity Bill/BSNL telephone bill/Water bill.
- Unique Identity Card (Aadhar) of Mother/Father/Child issued by Govt. of India.
- Passport in the name of any of the parents or child.
Proof of Economically Weaker Section (EWS):-
- certificate issued by a Revenue Officer not below the rank of Tehsildar
- BPL Ration Card (Yellow coloured)
- AAY Ration Card (pink coloured)
- Food Security card issued by Food & supply Dept.(GNCT of Uttar Pradesh)
Proof of Disadvantage Group (DG):-.
- Caste Certificate issued by Revenue Dept. GNCT Uttar Pradesh or by Tehsildar SC/ST/OBC (Non Creamy Layer) of Child Parents.
- Medical Certificate issued by Govt. Hospital in respect of child with Special Needs/Disabled.
